SOOFTEN RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
The following Return Policy only applies to online wholesale purchases made through So Often LED Shoes;
1) CLEARANCE/ FINAL SALES: All clearance items are final sales. CLEARANCE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
2) For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned on a completed box of (18prs or 12prs) and with the original box. Returns are ONLY accepted within 15 days from the shipped date.
How to Return:
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date. Please note all final sale merchandise may not be refunded for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be on a complete box of (18prs or 12prs) and on the original box.
All returns must be authorized first by Email, after that period, it will be considered void.
• Wrong product - If customer received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 5 business days and we shall arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we shall ship you the correct product or issue you a full credit (including shipping fees).
Defective product - If customer received a defective product, please notify us with 5 business days and we shall arrange for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product, we shall issue a credit to the customer. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective. Therefore, we shall only issue credit on defective items only and not the entire case.
If products meet one of the conditions above, customer has 5 days from the day of delivery to file a return.
A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE 2 CONDITIONS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING DELIVERY FEE.
AFTER 15 DAYS NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW & UNUSED WITH ORIGINAL BOX. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD RETURN.
AFTER RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WE SHALL ISSUE CREDIT TO CUSTOMERS TOWARD FUTURE ORDERS ONLY. NO CASH REFUND.
